Cape Reserve is seeking high energy sophomores, juniors and seniors for our 12-14 week internship, who are looking to develop their skills in marketing, sales and business management. We are looking for applicants who enjoy a competitive team environment, are considered leaders at their universities and are looking to earn college credits/pay!
Human Resources/Recruitment Internship
This internship will focus on the internal affairs of the company, primarily improving the on-boarding process for new hires and working with the Management team to improve overall employee experience with the company. We will also focus on the operational aspects involved in the recruitment of new talent for the company including job advertisement, determining applicant qualifications, arranging and assisting in conducting interviews.
